Books about foods

I already posted this book  on FB but I want to share this book here too.

 This books explains well about how foods can damage our health and how we can prevent.  I recommend this book if you concern about your health.  His book includes possible prevention for cancer and weight loss and more.  His experimental research results are eye-popping.

Another book that interests me is this book. It is called "the food-mood solution"by Jack Challem.
I only skim read it but this book is about how foods can change your mental status.  It actually makes sense because we are made up of what we consume. Even in our brain is organized by organic chemistry which originally is controlled by what we eat.

I borrowed these books from the library.  Library is such a great place to learn!!  

自分や家族の健康を気遣っている貴方。この本お勧めです。上の本は著者が行った実験結果です。ガンを防ぐ方法からダイエットまで。すごく参考になります。
もう一つは食べ物が感情をコントロールするっていう本。こちらもすごく面白い。これはまだささっとしか目を通してないけれど、ためになりそうです。

この本たちは図書館から借りている本なので、みなさんも借りられますよ。興味があるかたは是非。というか是非みなさんに読んでもらいたい。
本の内容なんかもいつか紹介できればいいな、と思ってます。
